I wish that a stroke 'endpoint' or 'endcap' shape could conform to the fill border. For example, a marker fill stroke set at 45 degrees, when it meets the vertical border (or really any border that is not at a 45 degree angle itself for that matter) of the fill it creates a jagged edge. This is a very distracting occurance.
There should be a checkbox setting for "conform stroke endpoint to border at start of stroke" and a separate one for "conform stroke endpoint to border at end of stroke".

One thing you could do is put another bordering stroke around the fill so it can hide the stroke ends for you.
