A command that allows you to flip the selected object horizontal or vertical. Especially would be useful with blocks when you want to mirror them.

If you stretch the object past the middle-point it flips (mirrors) whichever
way you stretch it.

Ok, but this does not exctly mirror the object.  It is still guess work in a fancy stretch command.
