    Unable to create new project

Our office just purchased Ecotect and we are attempting to use Green Building Studio for the first time.

When I log-in, I'm asked to create a new project. I fill in the information in Step 1 and select a location in Step 2. However, when I click Next, I get the following error message:

Sorry for the inconvenience, an error has occured in your session.

The system administrator has been notified.

I have tried selecting several different locations, but always get the same error. This has been happening consistantly for the past week.

In Ecotect, when I try to log into the web service from the GBS client, I just get the error message:

Input string was not in a correct format.

Am I doing something wrong, or is there a problem with the system?

    Hello,

This may be related to your browser's security settings. Try changing the security level to medium or lower.

There is a lot of information available in our searchable Knowledge Base as well: www.autodesk.com/ecotect-analysis-support

    Dear colleagues!

We have the same problem with creating New Project. We`ve checked our browser's security settings.

    Are any other reasons?

    Thanks in advance!
