Autodesk Green Building Studio - Web-Based Service

I am in the process of using Green Building Studio as a trial. I keep getting an error when logging in about a proxy authentication required. Could someone please guide me in the right direction here. Thanks.

Looks like you went to the right place by also submitting this question to the Green Building Studio support staff (https://www.greenbuildingstudio.com/TechSupport.aspx).

For the benefit of others who might read this post, it looks like you access the internet through a proxy server (i.e., not directly from your computer). Click Set Proxy below the Login button and fill in the Port and Address information (your IT administrator should know it).
