Trouble with fastview

Hi,
When I run "cachemgr refresh" the tiles are updated in the server, but the mapguide viewer just shows me an empty map.
The client directory (including mg directory) is updated correctly.
This behavior doesn't happen all the time.
To make it work, I stop and restart the mapguide service, and then I can see the map updated.
Did anybody have a problem like that?
