Error trying to connect DSADMIN

I´ve installed AGDS8.4 server on server win2003, but when I try to connect with logon agds on the DSADMIN:
Information (Tue Oct 02 09:08:57 BRT 2007): Successfully established connection with the Server
Error (Tue Oct 02 09:09:05 BRT 2007): appl 'vserver': 1 : OPEN: Failed to connect to ops$agds. RDBMS error 8881
Error (Tue Oct 02 09:09:05 BRT 2007): exec 'open database $adf_vision_rdbms_owner vision named content' failed
NOTE: Oracle 9i instance is on the same server. Through the other machine with AGDS server I´m able to connect on DSADMIN. Tks.
