Erro when call the AeOrObject

I'm call a Modify method of my object using the AeOrObject and calling the Invoke method.
Sometimes it's work perfectly but in sometimes I have the error:
"parent_window is NULL in uiAttributePage::uiAttributePage()"
If when I had the error I recompile the project and try to modify the same object it's work correct.
Do anyone know how to solve this error?
