Why is my pic not loading?

I can upload this pic as an avatar? Size is not big! I think it should work? Some help please?

I think you have the wrong discussion forum. Project Freewheel allows you to
upload DWF files which you can then share with others.

server. It probably needs a fully qualified path like:
