    Freewheel for Sensitive Material

The project I'm currently working on produces sensitive drawings and is therefore prohibited from transmitting these drawings (in any form) outside of the company (...without encryption and need to know, etc). This creates a problem for our use of Freewheel.

Is there source code available for the production version of Freewheel that we could install on our own in-house web server?

Are there any sort of security policies embedded in the design of Freewheel that may make it a valid exception to our rules?
