I created various 3D models in Autodesk Inventor 7, then used Autodesk DWF 3D writer to turn those models into 3D DWF files.
But I have three problems:
First, when I use freewheel, it doesnt allow the part to rotate

Second, when I use Autodesk Design Review 2008, it allows me to rotate the 3D part . . . But it doesnt let me actually use the distance measurement feature (it doesnt do anything).
And the third problem is that the part center is way off the part. So when trying to rotate the part in Design Review the part does crazy stuff unless I recenter it. How do I create files with the correct center?
What can I do to fix these problems?
The DWF can be found here:

1. I too can reproduce your problem with Freewheel. I have logged a defect
against Freewheel.
2. I have logged a defect against Autodesk Design Review with regards to
measurement.
3. In Autodesk Design Review, use the View Object Wheel. It has a CENTER
functionality that allows you to set the center for orbiting.
