    Background color

    The background color of my DWF file does not show up on the Freewheel display nor does it appear on the rendered thumnail preview images. Is there a parameter that can set this background color to something other than white?
    Please use plain text.

    1. I hope the background color is as it was
    published in the DWF. If not, please send your file to
    href="mailto:labs.freewheel@autodesk.com">labs.freewheel@autodesk.com
    and we
    can take a look at it. we will treat your data confidentially.

    Thanks for directing me to the additional parameters - unfortunately the '&bg= parameter does not change the background color using the rendering service (dwfimage.aspx) - it remains white. I also tried the '&bg=' parameter on the interactive viewer with no effect. I will send you the image I started with and a link to my demo page.

    I also would like to use the embedded viewer on my webpage, and trigger the dwf displayed in the viewer from a link on a rendered image on the same page. Is there any way to pass commands to the embedded viewer that would change section displayed like the '&sec=' does?

    The &bg parameter only applies to 2D and not
    3D. We can consider this for a future update.
