No drag/drop and factory lunch tools

I had originally posted this issue on the Inventor forum...

Have a Factory Design Suite Prem 2014 installed on a PC that does not allow a user to drag/drop any of the out of box assets onto his factory floor.   In addition none of the factory lunch tools under the Get Started ribbon tab work.   The product has been repaired and clean uninstalled/reinstalled per Autodesk steps.   I have unloaded/reloaded the factory add-in and done a repair on the factory utility installation in Windows.

Everything else appears to work in Inventor.

Any other thoughts?   Service pack 1 for Factory Design Suite does not fix the issue either
