Do I have to use the 'software graphic' option?

Hello!

I use the factory design suite.

When I used 'Nvidia Quadro 2000 VGA', I checked 'Software graphic' option  in tool tap → application option.

For handling large assembly file, I upgraded VGA to 'Quadro 5000' and 12GB (DDR3-1333) RAM.

 But...

I can't control just one block (like a cube), If I do not check the 'software graphic'.

So I chage the VGA Driver that already got a certification from Autodesk, Nvidia...

Also adjusted the 'Nvidia  control panel'....

What do I have to do more...?

 Plz Help Me....

My Syetem.

Model:  HP Z400 Workstation

Operating System:  Windows 7 (64-bit)

Version:  Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU W3550 @ 3.07GHz

Memory Size (Total):  12288 MB (DDR3-1333)

VGA:  Quadro 5000 (2.5GB)

Hello,

I suppose you downloaded the graphics driver from Autodesk certified hardware page, and the problem should not exist if the driver has been installed successfully.

And usually there’s no need to adjust the “NVIDIA Control Panel”, using the default settings will be fine.

Please let me know if you still encounter the problem after installing the correct driver.

Thanks,

-Lisa
