Axles disappeared

Hello there,

somehow the axles of the connector points have

disappeared. I tried restarting the program and I

restarted the computer. I can´t remember changing

anything. I tried different quality settings and even

software graphics without any effect. I´ve attached

a screenshot. No XYZ anymore.

Any suggestions?

Hi Daniel,

It seems that the necessary colors  which are used in FDS asset builder, are deleted. So could you please try to copy the folder as below from other machine?

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\Materials\2014\assetlibrary_base.fbm

Or  you need to created an new .ipj file and do it again.

Hello Xuesong,

sadly this did not work at all. I´ve copied the files you

mentioned but no effect was shown so far. I have al-

so tested to do a new ipj but it still is the same. Any

object I do is missing the axles.

I will restart the machine one more time to check if

Inventor needs a clean start in order to acess the

files properly.

Hi Daniel,

Please make sure the Autodesk Appearance library has been added to the project. Generally, Red, Green and Blue will be used for presenting the Axles.
