I started receiving a message that I am over my storage capacity for Autodesk 360. I am a FDSP subscriber. I went to https://360.autodesk.com/ and clicked on the "Enable" button. I entered my serial number and clicked submit and received this message:
"We are sorry, this serial number has already been entered or associated with your user account. The serial numbers already associated with your user account are:"
And then it listed my serial numbers for FDSP 2012 and 2013.
It says that I only have 3GB of storage capacity but I should have 25GB. Has my subscription expired? How would I know?
