I get the following error when trying to install the service pack.

Alot of people recieved same error, myself included, I New Patch Installer is being fixed and posted soon. Be patient and keep checking, you will notice it has been removed till the fix is posted.

Hi there

I have problem with estimating duct metal sheet with the approperiate thickness of the sheet,when I right click in cad mep select cam and choose my drawing and open it in est mep ,it calculate the area of metal sheet wrongly and doesn't show the thickness of the sheet,please tell me what should I do to have a correct metal sheet area as well as the thickness of it

First you should start a new thread that way you would get a help faster.

Now for your question/problem.  The program allows for waste.  What is the waste percentage you have under database>costing>wastage?  I have attached a screenshot of mine.

First of all thank you for your attention,second ,mine was adjusted on 10%
by defulte (I will change it to 7%) ,my another problem is as I said1- the
correct metal sheet thickness .,2- how can I undrestandthat what unit the
area of metal sheet has? (square in,SQ ft,....?)
