Problems with Service Pack 2

Do not install Service Pack 2, it plays havoc with your database.  Our ITMs start to self reference their own Specification causing a Specification Mismatch alert for almost every part.  Everytime you edit a part it causes a new bogus entry in the Main Database that can't be deleted.  If you edit a part and set the Specification to what it should be, the spec will revert when you save.  These problems came to light we I was importing a service into a new profile and nothing worked properly.

Reverting to SP1b seems to fix these problems.

Not sure if you or Anyone who reads this knows, but the problem with SP2 has been fixed. Autodesk Web Site still shows Hypertext as SP2 but will Download SP2B which is good!

I don't believe you can do today's job with yesterday's methods and be in business tomorrow.

Yes, the database problem has been fixed in SP2b.  Thanks for the heads-up.  But the problem with small bore pipe with insulation has gotten worse. Try to view a drawing with one of these elbows in Navis and it will zoom to infinity, in AutoCAD a zoom extents zooms to infinity.
