1. Does Asset information (tblAsset) should automatically shows in frmArea once created from FM Link (AutoCAD)?

If you have existing spaces in your drawing, drop your equipment blocks into those spaces and use the “Convert to Equipment” tool to convert your blocks to equipment. This should also update their location (space) in the database.
