Ever since I installed the hotfix I am now getting a lot of problems with libraries and missing files. Has this happened to anyone else? It states a file is missing linked to the imagegenerator.exe

I have attached an image, please let me know if you know how to fix the problem

hmm, I installed all of the hotfixes with 7 and didn't get that error...

Maybe some more details could help someone else find the root of your
problem?

Your Access version
Your windows version (any service packs)
Your Autodesk product version

I'm assuming your facility manager/facility link is version 7 (as there
aren't any hotfixes yet that I know of for 7.1)

Sorry I forgot to mention all of the details.

Currently using Access 2007 and 2003 (happens on both machines).
One machine is Vista, and the other is Xp Pro SP2, fully updated.
FM desktop 7.0

It sounds like you are applying Hotfix 2 to Facility Manager.

This is an installation problem. Make sure you follow the directions in the readme.txt file. And be sure that you let Hotfix 2 finish -- it runs for a while without any progress indicator and you can corrupt your installation if you terminate it early.

okay I will retry the hotfix 2 patch later on this afternoon and post the results.
