The Readme file for Facility Request has the line "Comments that have been added to Work Requests via Facility Manager to work requests that were generated by Facility Request are not viewable in Facility Request. It is recommended to add additional comments to work requests generated by Facility Request via Facility Request." This does not seem to be true. I can see all comments from Facility Request. There is no email notification of the comment if added through Facility Manager.
Does anyone know what this section of the Readme file is supposed to mean?
