I am looking for information regarding DBConnect. I want to extract the square footage from my polylines in AutoCAD and attach to my database using DBConnect.

I haven't used it in years myself... but, maybe this lecture & lab
tutorial (from AU2005) will provide some useful information.

Introduction to DBConnect for Facilities Management by Scot McFarlane.
I took a couple of his database classes at AU over the years and thought
he was really good.
Out of curiosity, what type of database are you tying into?
excel, access, sql, oracle?
