problem with licensing Ecotect

Hello,
I had to reinstall ecotect after uninstalling it and when I try to submit the (student license numbers) in the new installation it tells me 'cannot license the product because there is another version of ecotect already installed' (but there isn't any). Could comeone help me?

It's probably stuck in the installation registry.
