Autodesk Ecotect Analysis - Desktop Tools

After simply adding a Zone and a Window inside the Zone, I click on the Visualize page.  However, nothing happens.  In fact, the screen basically freezes until I go back to the 3D Editor page.  This is Ecotect 2010.  Am I missing a step?

I didn't see this problem with Ecotect 2011. What operation system (Windows OS) are you using?
