Autodesk Ecotect Analysis - Desktop Tools

Ecotect works fine but our Solar Tool and Weather Tool does not work. It's network licensed and it won't obtain it. I've submitted a support request through the Ecotect website 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing back. Can someone please reply?

Please provide more information on the error, including screen caps and debug log files from the NLM server.

This probably should also have been put in the Network License forum instead.
