I am simulating a sloped roof and a flat roof (location is Toronto, Ontario).
I know that sloped surfaces receive higher levels of insolation than flat surfaces (latitude is about 43 degrees), yet in Ecotect, the flat surface is reading higher than the sloped.
Any ideas what is wrong here? Am I missing some setting in the program. Please help.
