    Occupancy Schedules

    Dear Daysim Users,

I was wondering whether Daysim can read occupancy values between 0 and 1. For instance, an occupancy value of 0.4 means that the room is occupied 40% of the hour (about 24 minutes) or 40% of the maximum number of people is in the room. If we assign 0.4 as the occupancy value of an hour, would Daysim calculate the electric lighting requirement accordingly? If it does, how does it interpret this schedule value?

I look forward to hearing from you,

    Best Regards,
