    Light Reflectance

I use ecotect/radiance to run Daylight factors studies.

I have a problem to set light reflectance of internal materials (floor / walls / ceiling):

    - what value should I enter ? LRV value or L* Value ?

    - Where should I enter that value: in the materials properties solar absorption (see picture 1) or in the color editor (see picture 2)

It changes really much the results.

if you click on "Highlicht: Lighting"

    Captura.JPG

In that action you can see the parameters that affect in that calculations.

    Good weekend

    OK. THank you.

But I have the LRV value of a material.

Where do I enter it ?

In solar absorption (1- LRV ?) or in colour (reflect.) ???

    Thanks

I don´t know what is LVR, is not similar abbreviation word in my country. But if you want to do a interior lighting analisys the main parameters are:

    - Color reflected interior

    - Specularity interior

if you have doubt try to explore the parameters value of the material library. It is ever a good began.

    I hope help you
