Autodesk Ecotect Analysis - Desktop Tools

Hi dear Autodesk Community!
I have a small problem regarding some Lua commands in the Ecotect script tool: i would like to export my model to WinAir 4 using the scripting process, the only issue is that 2 commands in particular 90% of the times look like they are ineffective, i'm talking about the:

1) cmd("model.export.run.air", filename.air) ...wich does not start automatically with the .run prefix the WinAir 4 application

2) set("model.time", time) ...wich does not change the time in the model space

I uploaded also 2 images to be more clear:

I even saved the script on a notepad file, just copy it in the script tool.
