Here is the footer from an email that I received from Autodesk Custom Support.
"You can update the status of this case, attach files or provide additional information by replying to this email or by logging into your online Autodesk portal and selecting Case 07471049. Please let us know if you believe your case has been misclassified or if you have additional feedback regarding the way your case is being handled."
I do not know at what address is "my online Autodesk portal" and how I can find this case.
