    licence information for reinstall

    requested licence information and key code a week ago  and never was contacted

     

    do you still suport this soft ware ?

     

    if so where is the suport?

    Our apologies for the extreme delay Tom.  You were in the right place and I'm not entirely sure how your support request fell through the cracks.

     

    As Stitcher is a legacy product it's also has an additional legacy support channel, specifically stitchersupport@autodesk.com. 

     

    With that being said, I can also help you out right here if you could please send me a Private Message (click on my philip.s profile name and then "Send this user a private message") with your hardware IDs and I'll gladly generate the corresponding activation codes.
