How to i access the reply / answer to a question.

In this Forum?

It should be on the right side of the post window in a gray box.

Or if it is an answer to your post you should receive an email notice and the post will be at the bottom (or top) of your thread depending on your preferences

Or by "access" do you mean edit?

If so, you can use the Options pull-down menu on the upper-right side of your post and select "Edit Reply".

You cannot edit anyone else's posts, and there is a limited time frame before you can no longer edit it.
