Where is the Support Request page now?

What is the current link for Support Requests for Revit issues? The previous link I had is not working now:

It says "Page not found".

Alfredo, I believe it should be: http://subscription.autodesk.com. Once there, sign in and you can re-bookmark the page you want.

Oh, was there a change in the policy about Support Requests recently that we did not know? Is it only through subscription now? Please confirm, so that I can transfer the information to the users of Revitforum who are wondering what our link doesn't work anymore. We used to have a link there that went directly to RS, without being a subscriber.

I don't believe anything changed as far as policy, and if something does - you should receive some type of communication about it.

Now I am confused. According to your reply, a support request was always a benefit of subscribers ONLY? That's what I need to confirm. How come it was possible to use that link before, (the one I posted above) for anyone, regardless of being a subscriber or not?
