I doubt any of you are 'lazy' at all: thanks for the reply, just looking for an occasional update to give us an idea of where you are.

I'm open to an occasional percentage update "... today we are 10% through to our goal..." for example, I don't really care whether the gains as 1% per week or 25% per month, just an occasional update would be nice for us frequent and frustrated-with-the-current-site users trying to guide and help our peers.

I'll even sign an NDA if you want to do it all offline: I'm good at keeping "mum"

Just give us a hint something is being done occasionally.

tree view of headers in compact form (did I mention one line per header...)

Get those going and you have improved the site 1000% (yes 10x better)
