    Online Chatting to Solve Queries Immediate

    Online CHatting program or tool can be installed like Googel talk so Queries can be discussed and sorted it out at the earliest.

    It's called PAID support, for that personal 'chat' help when you need it: I suspect your reseller offers it or can if you ask :smileyhappy:

    We're also piloting live chat for some customer service channels as a way to compliment email and web form support channels.

    Contact Us form (http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/item?siteID=123112&id=12338355).  You might get prompted to chat instead of filling out the form based on customer service agent availability. Limited scope as we pilot technology and backend processes.

     

    This form is primarily for licensing issues, login issues, etc, not technical support.

    Support in the forums comes primarily from peers, other members of your industry, and occasionally technical members of Autodesk's staff, so this wouldn't be the place for chat based help. Everything we do on the forums is about building up a huge searchable one-to-many resource. Chat is very one-to-one and not ideal as a resource.

     

    If you do require one-on-one assistance, we do have Autodesk paid support which is available through Autodesk Subscription (ongoing paid support) or Autodesk Per-Incident Support. Both are great options for specific issues that you have been unable to resolve through research or posting your question on the forum.
