Hello, I have 3ds Max 2010, I am running the program in DirectX 9 mode, however, there is no way to get the vc or sw. How can I fix this?

Windows xp sp3
2.5GHz Celeron
~1GB ram.
Intel Extreme Graphics.

i have tried that, however, it has been several weeks and I have had no response. Autodesk emailed me and stated that I should post here. Thanks!
