To whom it may concern,

I have opened a case through the Subscription center and am not getting MY emails thru to Alison Gangler.

As email and this Forum are the options that I have I would like for Ms. Granger to please contact me via the Forum internal email system so that I may pass my phone number to her or to get an email other than customersupport@autodesk.com.

Charles have you tried to send her a Private Message here in the forums?

You can find her account using her name in the search box with the user drop down option.

I just talked to her in person and she was wondering why she hadn't heard from you as well (ah, technical issues). She'll be in touch soon way or another.
