I did some phasing layout in DR for our scheduling dept. I set transparency at 50% but when I print to pdf the areas and text box transparencies are solid.

Which PDF driver?

Which version of ADR?

Does it work if you print to a device/printer/plotter?

I am using DR 2011and Adobe PDF converter, I have acrobat standard 9. I have not printed to paper yet, they are still figuring out the phases

Test by printing to something else, like a printer or plotter, output to paper: you need to find out if the limitation is your choice of PDF driver.

Thank you Dean, it does seem to be the PDF driver, the other formats print correctly. We just upgraded to Win 7 so I will have to look into the driver issue.
