image previews quit working in XP after installing Design Review

I installed the latest Design Review now I have no image PDF or DWG previews available in Windows XP Explorer.
What can I do to resolve this?

This really bugs me, I was able to preview DWG files last week and now I'm not. I was able to see previews in thumbnail view in Explorer and on the left pane of Explorer. Now when in thumbnail mode I just get a larger view of the standard DWG icon.
I checked options to make sure previews are being saved in the DWG and it is.
Somebody please help.

Well I got them back after doing a repair of a 2006 version I still had left on my machine.
I also had to do some repairs to Adobe Acrobat to get that preview back too.
All is good.
