Autodesk Design Review

I'm trying to run a Mercedes program called Web ETM and Starfinder on my new 64 bit pc. It says that I needed to install Autodesk WHIP. From my research I figured this product is now called Autodesk Design Review, so I installed this program only to find out that it doesn't work. I still cannot open my Mercedes program. Please help! Urgently need program to fix car.

WHIP died a long time ago, not available in 64bit.

Contact that other software's creators for how to run their program.

same problem with no read of star service dvd with 64bit computer..called benz..said enter www.startekinfo.com and click help

enter information...I am waiting 48 hours for response

old computer works..with autodesk whip..

WHIP was a 32bit program and it is no longer being developed and there is no 64bit version of it.

You need to move your questions to the other company that still uses WHIP for a fix of your issue.

And keep your old computer for now.

unforunately I gave old computer to niece

I was hopeful a 64 bit could run 2 32's bit

mercedes....stated..download "design review 2011... 64bit" from autodesk

and mbusa.com 64bit reader

did it..works

A 32-bit WHIP! should run in a 64-bit environmnet.

Hello..after installing autodesk review..I still needed MB 32--64 bit, which I downloaded from mercedes.

not sure..but it works
