Fill colours that are set to transparent in the DWF drawing, do not print out as transparent in the hard copy or in a PDF copy. They print as solid colour therefore obscuring the drawing below. Is there a way that the transparent fill colours can print out as they appear on the DWF drawing?

Please send me the DWF. Transparent colors are supposed to print as they
appear on the screen. If you could also send the source file, that helps tie
break between the DWF Viewer and the application that published the DWF.

Thanks for the reply.
I am not sure if you require the original DWG file, if so, can you let me know.
For now, I attach the DWF of a drawing, then the same drawing with transparent colours added and finally a PDF to show how this drawing prints out.
Regards,
Hugh

I was able to print the DWF with proper transparency on my HP device. I used
Autodesk Design Review 2007. I have attached a scan of my printout. You can
see the red text and other objects behind the transparent areas.

Hello,
I am using ADR 2012, and have very similar problem as discussed above. Although I can print out the fill colour as transparent in hard copy, it will present as solid colour when I PDF the drawing.
Please advise.

Could you please attach a test file to this thread for deep investigation?
