When we open a DWFx in Design Review 2011 and print to Adobe PDF our geometric symbols get swapped to lower case letters. The DWFx looks fine in Inventor 2011 and Design Review 2011, but when printed to the virtual PDF printer, the GD&T symbol font gets swapped. (see attached screenshot)

Thank you for reporting this issue.
I am sorry that I did not experience this problem.
Could you please attach your DWFx file for investigation?
What name is your PDF printer?
I am attaching two DWFx files.
62264-1.dwfx; Note the date column in the revision block. The forward slash gets swapped with a symbol. Font for data is GDT_IV50
62264-2.dwfx; I changed font for rev block date to GDT_IV25 and backslash appears correctly.
All of the GD&T symbols appear correctly in both files. The font for the GD&T symbols is AIGDT.
I set the font preferences in Adobe PDF Preferences dialog and it solved the issue. (Windows 7, Adobe PDF Printer, Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard)
1. Start > Devices and Printers > Right-click > Printing Preferences
2. In the Adobe PDF Settings tab, uncheck Rely on system fonts only; do not use document fonts
This setting causes PDF to rely on system fonts and embedded fonts.
Thanks for the help,
