Exception embeeding Autodesk Design Review 2013 in VS2010 C#

I'm working on a Ms Vista x64 system...
I've created a new WinForm C# application (NET framework 4.0 - any cpu).
I've added in Visual studio 2010 toolbox the Autodesk DWF Viewer Control (file located in Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\DWF Shared\AdView.dll) .
When i drop the control from the toolbar in to a WinForm, Visual Studio hangs with an exception (exc eption code
e0434352). How should I proceed?

I am facing with the same problem. Did you solved this problem yet? Can you advise me about and please where to find
dwg file open method in API. How to open dwg file with API in C#?

Try to add that again and again, finally you'll succeed.
But that's not the end of story. When you compile, VS will crash too.
Luckly you compile successfully, it crashes as soon as you debug.
So ,what you need is more patience Or VS2008
