Autodesk Design Review

Hello,

one of my users has a problem with printing Design Review drawing on A3 paper format.

When the user chooses this format, the drawing is not scaled to full page A3, it is 1/4 of the A3 paper.

An example is added as a PDF file.

The same drawing is printed correctly from another users PC. This leads me to believe that the problem is related to Design Review or one of its components.

I did a complete uninstallation and reinstall of Design Review 2012 but the problem is still there. The user is able to print (and upscale) other documents to A3 from other programs (like Word and Adobe).

Does anybody has a solution to this problem or experienced this same problem? Please let me know your steps to solve this because I am running out of ideas.

Thank you for reporting this issue.

Please check "Fit to page" option in "Scaling and Alignment (2D Only)" area on Print dialog. If it still does not work, please attach a test file with detailed steps for us to reproduce this issue.

Hi Herbert,

We tried every possible solution regarding the print settings but we never were able to fix the problem.

I am not able to attach a file that is causing the problem because it has the .CAL extension

How can I upload this file to you?
