find what they need for drivers, or are having to wade through dead drivers
or dead links/shortcuts in their paths.
It would simply appear your setup is different than those others in your
office: can you go into more depth about that? Did you copy over content
hoping to use with ADR from another seat? Do you have other Autodesk
programs installed?
If not, try a detailed organized uninstall (with registry edits and
clean-up) and reinstall of the app after Windows restart.

I upgraded all the office workstations from ADR-2209 to ADR-2010 individually from our server with the ADR-2010 install program I downloaded from the Autodesk website to our server. I have deleted that download and re-downloaded the install program and re-installed ADR 2010 with the latest(???) install from Autodesk. There is no difference in the operation of the printing in ADR-2010 between either install. I did not copy over any content from one workstation to another. Most workstation have both Architectural Desk Top (ADT) 3.3 and AutoCAD Architecture (ACA) 2009 installed on them. One work station has both of these programs and ADT 2006 with the Viz Render program supplied with ADT 2006 installed on it.
What do you consider an organized uninstall? When I uninstalled ADR-2010, I used the Add/Remove Programs control panel, and then deleted the ADR-2010 folder and all it's contents that was not removed by the uninstall. II did not edit or clean-up the registry when I uninstalled ADR-2010. Is information available from Autodesk or others on what registry items need editing or cleaning up when uninstalling ADR-2010? I don't want to screw up any other programs by hacking the registry without knowing what needs to be edited or cleaned up

Windows/program uninstaller to remove and redo is not the correct way to fix
a problem.
ADR9 to ADR10 was problematic here too, grab a freeware called REVO
UNINSTALLER to do the job right. Fully patch your products after
installation.

Would it be possible for Autodesk to recompile their application to include the latest fixes? I've recently upgraded to the latest version of DR from the Autodesk website. It will run great the first few times it opens but with every day that passes it takes a little longer. Right now it takes my PC over 10 minutes to open a 300K file. I'm not alone in my office and this is a known issue. My BIG issue with DR is that I helped push our company to adopt this appliction over the PDF format about 10 years ago. We have almost 1 million drawings in our vault with it's DWF version out on our corporate respository for everyone in our company to see. Unless Autodesk gets off dead center and fixes this problem with their software, HELLOOOO Adobe!

Thank you for reporting this issue.
Disable MRU List (Most Recently used file List) in Design Review with below steps may speed up to open it.
1. Delete the register entity 'MRUList' under:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\AppDataLow\Software\Autodesk\Design Review\Preferences
For Win XP:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk\Design Review\Preferences
2. Unzip attached regini.ini file.
3. Launch command prompt.
4. Run command *>regini [file path]\regini.ini
Hope that helps.
