Autodesk Design Review

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has ran into this problem. I have Design Review 2013 on my machine with Autocad 2013 as well......when i create a DWF file the only items that show up in the file is the ones that are in paper space. All the items in model space (pretty much anything inside the viewport) does not show up. I have tried everything i can think of to fix this issue. If anyone could lend a hand i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

DWF is a plot, and you are using Civil3D 2013: is that viewport's layers all set to PLOT? Or do you have the viewport display set to HIDE? Is there an active viewport in layout NSP-1A?
