DWF Viewer aX control fails to build

Hi,
I am trying to add the DWF Viewer to a WinForms project in Visual Studio 2010. As my machine is x64bit, I've changed the project properties under compile/advanced comp.../Target CPU to x86bit. I can add the control just fine, but as soon as I try to build Visual Studio crashes. I've tried targeting .Net Framework 3.5, but had the same issue. Design Review works fine on my computer, so I'm thinking that this should work.
Any thoughts on what else I should try?
Cheers

Thank you. Creating a user control in VS 2008 Express Target Framework 2.0 with the DWF viewer and then using the dll in VS 2010 works well.
Cheers
