    Browser Plugin Bug

    Version Numbers:

    Autodesk Design Review 12.0.0.98

    Autodesk DWF Viewer Control 12.0.0.98

    Internet Explorer 9 version 9.0.5

We are viewing DWF files that were created from Inventor (i'm not exactly sure which version but I think it's 2010).

When I open drawings through the web browser plugin I do not see the drawing until I click inside the window.

In other words, when the drawing opens nothing is displayed.  When I click in the area where the drawing is supposed to be, the drawing appears.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thank you for reporting this issue.

Does this issue happens with opening other DWF/x files in IE?

It seems to happen to all the drawings we are opening.

It happens on other peoples computers as well.

We are experiencing this issue to but it's intermittent and we've not been able to figure out what's going on. Is anyone seeing this off and on rather like us or are you seeing it intermittently?

We experience this bug as well. It happens from viewing anything in a browser window using the plugin.
