I have been planning to use the app on an ipad to mark up .dwf files.
It seems the app is gone!!
Does anyone have access to the ap and can send it to me?
Or another solution?

no it doesn't
not much you can do unless you find a 3rd party app that can do it on the app store or you still have an older version of the app still available
Adobe Reader for iPad can do text and markups. Even better is Bluebeam Revu for iPad. Yes it need to be pdf file.
