ADR 2013 cropped Paper Space view when .dwg loaded

My .dwg file (generated in Autocad LT 2012) has an HP printer selected as its default in Autocad LT with a proper .pc3 file. When I open the file in ADR 2013, the sheet is cropped on the top and right, which tell me that ADR can't take into account the margin settings from the .pc3.
Is there anyway to correct this? My titleblock is cropped in ADR and aside from recreating our titleblock and sheets to match the default page settings for each printer, I was wondering if there is an equivalent to the .pc3 files for ADR 2013.
