I have tryed to install ADR 2012 a couple of times and keep getting the same message. It keeps saying to check my internet connection and try again, but my internet connection has always been strong, so im not sure why im having issues. I have a 32-bit Vista OP on my laptop and I have attached two screen shots of ADR Setup. Thank you in advance for your help.

Could you please uninstall the both "Akamai NetSession Interface" and "Akamai NetSession Interface Service" from the Programs list of Control Panel firstly? Then try again to downloadn and install the ADR 2012.

If it still happens the same issue, please download the ADR MSI package directly to install it manually:

Please let me if there is any other issue.
